Leftovers helps users turn fridge items, leftovers, and kitchen notes into meal ideas, reheating suggestions, use-first reminders, and optional confirm-first photo guesses.

Information We Process

The iOS app is designed to keep fridge text, confirmed items, selected modes, and selected photos on the user's device unless a user chooses a feature that clearly requires online processing. Leftovers does not sell personal information.

AI And Photo Features

If an online AI feature is enabled, user text, mode settings, confirmed items, or selected photos may be sent to an AI service provider to generate suggestions. Photo guesses are confirm-first and must be approved by the user before they count.

Food, Health, And Safety

Leftovers provides general meal-planning and reheating support. It does not determine whether food is safe, detect allergens, provide medical advice, prescribe diets, or provide nutrition therapy. Users are responsible for food condition, storage, allergies, dietary needs, and medical questions.

Payments

Leftovers is a free App Store download at launch. If paid features are enabled later, payments may be handled by Apple or another payment processor. Leftovers does not store full payment card details directly.

Retention

Photos selected in the app are not used for safety inspection and should not be retained for developer-side storage unless a user explicitly saves or submits them through a future feature. Support, transaction, and security records may be kept as needed for service, legal, tax, fraud, and support purposes.

User Choices

Users can avoid photo mode, use local suggestions when available, delete the app, and manage any future app-store subscriptions through the relevant app store account settings.
